Before you order
At IBU, takeout is prepared with the same care and standards as our in-house dining. To preserve quality and consistency, we offer takeout only from the menu being served at that time of day – lunch (11:00–3:00), happy hour (3:00–5:00), and dinner (5:00–8:30). Each takeout menu features select dishes chosen for how well they travel, ensuring your meal is enjoyed exactly as intended.
