An exclusive, immersive dining experience at our 10-seat high-top Chef’s Table, located in the elegantly lit tasting room right beside our open kitchen. Designed as a communal table, it welcomes both individual bookings and full-table reservations for groups of 10.
The Chef’s Table offers a front-row seat to the creativity, precision, and passion that define IBU’s kitchen—with a curated menu that builds anticipation as each course is revealed.
Available Friday & Saturday evenings only. Please note, the Chef’s Table experience launches in early 2026 and newsletter subscribers will receive early access.
What to Expect:
- 7-course tasting – $149 per person
- Add on Foie gras -$49 per person
- Add on A5 Wagyu beef – $119 per person
- Optional wine pairings expertly selected by our sommelier – $79 per person
- Prepayment required to reserve your seat
The menu features a mix of reimagined IBU favourites and a few exclusive creations only available at the Chef’s Table. Select courses are personally delivered and introduced by the chefs, adding a layer of connection and insight to every dish.
