YYC Expo 2026

From March 13–29th, IBU joins YYC EXPO — one of just 115 Calgary restaurants participating in this city-wide celebration of our vibrant culinary scene. It’s your invitation to explore inspired kitchens through thoughtfully curated prix fixe menus – including IBU’s three-course lunch at $40. Just 10 minutes from downtown, South Calgary suddenly feels very interesting.

Designed for lingering conversations and polished mid day escapes, it’s the kind of lunch that works just as well for a client meeting as it does for a table of friends who know how to do afternoon properly.  

Our Menu:

We begin with the Spicy Dill Salmon Taco — tender salmon in a crisp tortilla shell, bright Pico de Gallo bringing freshness, cool dill balancing a measured heat.

Then the Black Garlic Carbonara returns (because it’s earned its place). Charred chili garlic. Truffle. Deep, unapologetic richness.

We finish with Sticky Date Toffee Pudding, silky vanilla crème sauce and frozen raspberry pearls – because drama belongs at dessert.
