Taste of IBU – A Culinary Journey Across Asia
Introducing Taste of IBU—our new immersive dining adventure curated for guests who want to experience the very best of our kitchen. Inspired by the spirit of our Chef’s Table, Taste of IBU presents a multi-course exploration of vibrant flavours and iconic dishes from across Asia, all expressed through IBU’s contemporary lens.
Each menu draws from our most-loved dishes, presented in individual portions so you can enjoy every bite yourself—no sharing required (you’re welcome). Your evening begins with our fragrant Malaysian Laksa, then moves through a progression of bold, comforting, and beautifully balanced plates. Expect seven courses, including our monthly feature, before finishing with one of our incredible, decadent desserts.
Taste of IBU will be available in early 2026 for groups of two or more, and exclusively on Sunday evenings—the perfect way to end the week, relax, and leave the cooking to IBU. For guests who prefer a more social atmosphere, Taste of IBU is also offered at our 10-seat communal high-top in the tasting room beside the open kitchen.
