Introducing Taste of IBU—our immersive dining adventure curated for guests who want to experience the very best of our kitchen. Inspired by the spirit of our Chef’s Table, Taste of IBU presents a six-course exploration of vibrant flavours and iconic dishes from across Asia, all expressed through IBU’s contemporary lens.
Each course draws from our most-loved dishes, presented in individual portions so you can enjoy every bite yourself—no sharing required (you’re welcome).
As part of our first birthday celebrations, Taste of IBU is available on three Sunday evenings in
November—the 15th, 22nd and 29th.

YOUR SIX-COURSE JOURNEY
A little taste of the dishes that have helped define IBU’s first year.

TIGER CAULIFLOWER
Our IBU favourite, with tiger aioli, sweet soy, sesame and garlic.

AHI TUNA CRUDO
Coconut lime foam, lemon lime aioli, citrus segments and shiso powder.

POTSTICKERS
Pork and vegetable potstickers with kabayaki sauce, kimchi, kewpie and chives.

PORK ’N SCALLOPS
Green chili nam jim, citrus, daikon snow and crispy garlic chips.

BEEF RENDANG
Sumatran spices, bird’s eye chili, coconut milk, cinnamon and toasted garlic.

PANNA COTTA
Korean chili pepper, raspberry pearls and toasted coconut.
